This page is meant to serve as a resource center for parents to gain further insight about trending adolescent health and wellness topics as well as provide support when addressing difficult subject matters. Ms. 霍根女士. Readinger work closely with students, parents and faculty to meet social, 情感, academic and personal needs in the pg电子游戏平台 community. 服务s offered include short-term counseling, educational and future planning and interpretation and assessment of standardized test scores and other academic data. They also coordinate developmentally appropriate programming to help educate students and parents on pertinent social and mental health issues.
学生s may seek support themselves or they may be referred by parents or teachers for counseling services. Partnership with families is a valuable component in supporting student success and parents are encouraged to communicate with their child's counselor when issues arise. In order to facilitate an effective counseling relationship, a student's confidentiality is protected, except in situations where a student discloses risk of harm to themselves or others. In these situations, parents will be notified and appropriate action will be taken to protect the student. School counselors will not share confidential student information with other members of the community, unless explicitly given permission to do so by the student and parent(s).
